On April 10, 2019, the German version of the Manifesto for Human(e) Leadership was published as a paperback by Amazon (also available as e‑book). Never would I have expected more than 3,000 copies sold and 59 star ratings with an average of 4.7.
Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Encouraged by this success (and many requests from readers), I decided to completely rework the English version, which was previously only available as an e‑book from Leanpub. And since English is not my native language, I got professional help for this (ok, even the German version would not have been damaged by a proofreading). The result has just been released as a paperback and e‑book again self-published on Amazon.

I have a dream. I have a dream that economy will serve the people again and not vice versa. I have a dream that people are at the heart of things and not just a means. With the Manifesto for Human(e) Leadership I hope to come a little closer to this dream. And now also worldwide.
The reach of this blog, which has only been bilingual since 2018, and my social media channels is quite good in German-speaking countries, but for the distribution of the English edition I need your help. Especially since there is no big publisher behind it and I depend on word of mouth.
So, if you are working in an international environment, or have a large international network in general, or just know someone interested, I would be very happy if you would recommend the English edition of the Manifesto for Human(e) Leadership. Thanks a lot!

Servus Marcus,
